Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts. The representative will receive, review and process orders for retailers and consumers. The Customer Service Specialist will also receive, document and resolve customer complaints.  They will be expected to professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. It is necessary to thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs and to educate the customer. Customer Service Specialists will also be responsible for communicating company promotions and all pertinent information to assist the retailer in marketing VH Products.  This individual is also expected to up sell on orders to meet the requirements of our Retail Partner Program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding and professional customer service

• Process wholesale and retail sales

• Accurately process orders and credits

• Up sell on orders & increase sales and levels based on our Retail Partner Program requirements

• Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

• Create Call Tags

• Respond to consumer questions

• Assist customers with orders, fulfillment and delivery

• Problem solve

• Communicate effectively on phone and email conversations

• Record customer complaints/ problems

• Deliver pertinent information to management

• Awareness of stock and status of products

• Consistent Improvement of Product Knowledge

• Collect information: Testimonials, email addresses

• General administrative office duties, filing, record keeping, day to day projects

• Maintain thorough knowledge of entire Vibrant Health product line

• Promote products and support sales initiatives

• Assist Warehouse with shipping needs

 

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years

• Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Prefer knowledge of Natural Products Industry

• Preferred Experience with QuickBooks, Fishbowl & NetSuite

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
