Job Summary

Records payments to customers' accounts and maintains accounts receivable records.  Compiles and maintains accounts payable records

General Accountabilities

• Prepares daily deposits. 

• Enters finalized payments and updates accounts receivable ledger.

• Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.

• Processes daily credit card deposits.

• Files check stubs and bank receipts.

• Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.

• Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary

• Maintains all accounts payable files.

• Assist with accounting projects as necessary

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associates Degree.

• Minimum Experience: 2 years.

• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Description:

The Production Specialist report directly to the Production Manager and will work closely with a team to assist with production runs of Vibrant Health products in a timely fashion to maintain Inventory. Working in the Production Department requires specialists to create and issue PO’s, verify inventory of Raw Materials, follow up on shipments of raw materials and constant contact with our Manufacturers regarding receipt of materials, production dates and shipments.

Responsibilities:

    • Create production schedules for all products
    • Prioritize daily objectives
    • Issue PO’s for the ingredients and packaging components
    • Follow through with Raw Material Suppliers for shipments to Contractors
    • Follow through with Contractors for production start dates and ship date.
    • Track inventory
    • Verify that Contractors have received all the raw material, labels, bottles, lids and all supplies in order to run a full production, and order materials as needed.
    • Organize Certificates of Assay
    • Verify costs of materials
    • Documentation of productions in spreadsheets and Fishbowl
    • Complete Received Material Reports for Contractors
    • Attend weekly Production Meetings regarding stock or current production issues
    • Communicate with VH Staff regarding stock, updates on production issues
    • Coordinate transportation with logistic companies, tack and receive PO’s into Fishbowl: Send proof of delivery to co-packers
    • Gather data for various certification entities (Non GMO, Free Trade Certificates, Gluten Free and any others that become available for our products)
    • Field production related questions from Customer Service
    • Maintain Infrastructure
    • Manage miscellaneous request for documentations

Requirements

    • Must be experienced in Excel
    • Preferred experience with Quickbooks, Fishbowl & NetSuite

We currently have an opportunity for a creative individual who can jump right into a fast-paced role of Web/Graphic Designer. This person will be a vital member of our team, and will be responsible for aiding in the design from strategy to execution in layout and production of a wide range of packaging, marketing and promotional materials for multiple aspects of the company. This position also requires knowledge of website management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Branding & Advertising: Provide graphic design services for web and other media, including print, web, presentations, and marketing collateral materials.
  • Sales Support & Education: Develop and support marketing programs designed to enhance the sales process. This includes printed materials, sales tools, presentations and e-marketing campaigns.
  • Direct Marketing & Lead Generation: Support the creative direction and development of specific marketing campaigns to encourage customer interaction. This includes printed materials, e-marketing, landing pages, search engine campaigns and other social media outlets.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update content on company website and create landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
  • Administrative: Assists Creative Director/Manager with regular department maintenance projects:
  • File organization
  • Electronic file archives and back-ups
  • Purchasing coordination and vendor communication
  • Budget adherence
  • Project status reports
  • Inventory of materials

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in design
  • Fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Mac platform)
  • Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong portfolio of recent work
  • High degree of professionalism, honesty, integrity and a positive attitude

  • Manage and execute interactive projects (i.e. website / microsite wireframes, banners, etc.).
  • Lead projects on website design requirements, website structure and measurement.
  • Manage content publishing on the website.
  • Ensure ongoing quality control for the website.
  • Manage relationship with digital agencies, as applicable
  • Assist with special projects and ongoing marketing efforts as required.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
