Job Description:
As a Shipping Specialist, you will receive, unpack, store, distribute and record inventory materials and products used by the company. In addition, you will pick and pack orders and prepare them for shipment as well as observing all shipping and receiving functions.  Must be able to pick, pack and ship orders of all sizes and complete appropriate shipping documents for orders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Warehouse Experience required

• Must be very comfortable working on computers, utilizing various web applications, and learning various software applications

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts. The representative will receive, review and process orders for retailers and consumers. The Customer Service Specialist will also receive, document and resolve customer complaints.  They will be expected to professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. It is necessary to thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs and to educate the customer. Customer Service Specialists will also be responsible for communicating company promotions and all pertinent information to assist the retailer in marketing VH Products.  This individual is also expected to up sell on orders to meet the requirements of our Retail Partner Program.

Responsibilities:

Production Specialist (posted November 3, 2015)

Job Description:

The Production Specialist report directly to the Production Manager and will work closely with a team to assist with production runs of Vibrant Health products in a timely fashion to maintain Inventory.  Working in the Production Department requires specialists to create and issue PO’s, verify inventory of Raw Materials, follow up on shipments of raw materials and constant contact with our Manufacturers regarding receipt of materials, production dates and shipments. 

Responsibilities:

• Create production schedules for all products

• Prioritize daily objectives

• Issue PO’s for the ingredients and packaging components

• Follow through with Raw Material Supppers for shipments to Contractors

• Follow through with Contractors for production start dates and ship date.

• Track inventory

• Verify that Contractors have received all the raw material, labels, bottles, pds and all supppes in order to run a full production, and order materials as needed.

• Organize Certificates of Assay

• Verify costs of materials

• Documentation of productions in spreadsheets and Fishbowl

• Complete Received Material Reports for Contractors

• Attend weekly Production Meetings regarding stock or current production issues

• Communicate with VH Staff regarding stock, updates on production issues

• Coordinate transportation with logistic companies, tack and receive PO’s into Fishbowl: Send proof of delivery to co-packers

• Gather data for various certification entities (Non GMO, Free Trade Certificates, Gluten Free and any others that become available for our products)

• Field production related questions from Customer Service

• Maintain Infrastructure

• Manage miscellaneous request for documentations

 

Requirements

Must be experienced in Excel

Preferred experience with Quickbooks, Fishbowl & NetSuite

Records payments to customers' accounts and maintains accounts receivable records.  Compiles and maintains accounts payable records

General Accountabilities

• Prepares daily deposits. 

• Enters finalized payments and updates accounts receivable ledger.

• Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.

• Processes daily credit card deposits.

• Files check stubs and bank receipts.

• Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.

• Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary

• Maintains all accounts payable files.

• Assist with accounting projects as necessary

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications
